Description

The home owner has a sunk in portion of his yard in the right corner with dead vegetation all around it, standing smelly liquid and mushrooms growing out of it. It resembles a small swamp and in the summer draws mosquitos and other insects and now there have been several rats spotted in and around that area. Yard is always completely overgrown in the warm months and in complete disrepair all times of the year. I believe it may be some kind of sewage leak from the smell.
