Department of Public Works assigned this issue to Permanent Repair Related To Major Project

Until permanent repair is possible, existing curbs are satisfactory.

Well i'm glad that it has been assigned to Permanent Repair, but not that you think until they get to it the existing curbs are satisfactoy. They are street level and I am tired of having to do repairs to the lawn because of it. After the mess the plows made this past winter I think I've been patient enough.

I've noticed that the city has been marking out new curbs in the neighborhood. Can someone tell me if they plan on replacing mine as well?

So does this mean they will fix the curb in front of my house as well?

148. It's not the entire curb, just where the stop sign is, a large portion is road level since repaving and my lawn gets torn up alot now. Thank you!

Did anyone get a chance to check this out? it would be most appreciated if it could be done now while they are working on the street. I can attach a picture if you'd like of the damage I sustained this past winter because of the problem.

Site was re-inspected. Existing curb concrete with reveal 2 inches - 4 inches. Request for new curb related to larger project - similar locations throughout street. Currently not hazardous condition or areas eroded from lack of curb. Location to be forwarded to committee for review.

Thanks, hoping the snow plows don't rip up my lawn this year because of this. It's very expensive to till and reseed each year.

Anything going to be done about this? Who ever your inspector is clearly can't see correct if he thinks its 2-4 inches of current curb. Theres a good foot or more where the curb meets the street and I am tired of having to repair the lawn because of this.
