Unit 303 in the building was doing repairs without prior approval. He showed us a DCRA approved license but it was only for surface construction. Much more has been going on in there and looks to be a full renovation.
The construction workers were also throwing material off the balcony into their truck and dumped trash in the back while leaving a trail of construction debris.
The unit also caused a massive leak that affected all three units below and caused us to cut off water to the building, which meant people went without heat for a full night as the water was drained from the boiler.
This needs to be looked at before any more danger or harm can come from this.
