This sign still sits tagged for tens of thousands of motorists to see each day as they drive West on Grant approaching Campbell. It is disheartening that City property is not being cleaned. This reflects negatively on the neighborhood, and in my opinion, even moreso on the City that they leave their property in this condition for so long with adding the fact that the sign is in regard to a detour for the Fort Lowell/Campbell multi-million dollar taxpayer funded reconstruction.
