Virtually impossible to cross the street at crosswalks on West Wyoming at night (5-7pm) due to speeding and low visibility. Can better signage be implemented for the crosswalks? Can the crosswalks be repainted so that they are more visible to drivers? There is a crosswalk sign that is intended to be placed in the middle of the road on the yellow lines to mark the crosswalk but it keeps being moved to the sidewalk (this is for the crosswalk right in front of Bob's Market). Additionally, speeding needs to be enforced. Parts of the road are in a school zone and there is a 25 MPH speed limit that is not being respected.
