Description

Issue is rain run-off from sidewalk into my front yard. Rain runoff from neighbor up hill to the north @ 4136 Jim Bowie Rd. drains down their driveway onto the sidewalk. It does NOT drain to the street as it should because of the slant of he sidewalk. The water and debris then runs down the sidewalk, and again because of the raised sidewalk slant, it runs into my yard... into electrical and cable boxes and causing erosion of our flower beds. In a severe downpour it could threaten the house.
