Stormwater has cleared the pipes at both intersections and the Sweeping crew goes out ones a week and sweeps this location. This is being sent to Pavement to check elevation. Thank you.

Don't believe this addresses the issue- sounds more like a band aid honestly. Large troughs are starting to form on the street and a large number of Augusta blocks are loose and dislodged. The stream of water is going to continue forming and Moss/algae growth , among other things, will be ongoing. Seems like something is going on with the underground pipe on the south side of 27th avenue that runs east to 1st Street.
