Description

Hi, We received a citation for two unlicensed dogs for Donna Tower. Donna Tower does not live here and I just wanted to make sure the citation made it to her so she didn't end up with a warrant for her arrest or something crazy. I'm assuming she must have lived here before we did, we don't know her or have a current address for her. I tried to get in touch with animal control but was not able to. Thanks!
