Description
On the south side of the traffic circle, a small barrier has broken reflectors. This barrier is not well marked, and difficult to see at night. People frequently hit it and then get flat tires. Encourage drivers to SLOW DOWN by making the barriers more visible, esp. at night--replace damaged reflectors and add more reflectors at all for sidewalk edge traffic barriers at this traffic circle.

=>Come on Sunnyvale, FIX this, don't put a bandaid on it!<=
The City has placed an orange cone where the broken reflector should be.
This is typical: instead of fixing it, they send a guy to put a cone on it!
The traffic circle is hazardous, esp. these little barriers -- they are blackened b/c they are so narrow, many tires have been flattened by them. The cone is inadequate and permanent reflectors need replacing ASAP!
