It's so sad.... My Grandparents use to live on N. Central back in the 70s 80s 90s 00s until they passed on. It use to such a quaint neighborhood back in those days.... It still can be if homeowners clean up their property and restore them back to the way they use to be....... It breaks my heart when driving through those streets. Such potential but no one seems to care. City of Quincy please do something. Maybe reaching out to the community and reward them if they can maintain their property. Also, give out huge fines to slumlords that dont maintain their property...... Please Quincy! We need your help!
