Description
A pedestrian was just hit by a car at Pearl and Lincoln St. There needs to be a stop sign on Pearl at Lincoln St. This intersection is not safe for pedestrians, bikes, cars, anyone.

this coming Tuesday, April 9 at 6:00 pm the New Haven Traffic Authority will hold a hearing on the request for a stop sign on Pearl St where it intersects with Lincoln St, and also on Lincoln St where it intersects with Bradley St. The meeting will be at 1 Union Avenue (NHPD headquarters) on the 3rd floor in the Chief’s Conference Room.
