Chopt Creative Salad Co. 301 N Harrison St #25, Princeton, NJ 08540. Stopped in to this food service establishment on February 4, 2019. Male employee was taking orders wore food service gloves. He handled food, serving utensils (used by all food prep staff), and then used the touchscreen (ordering/cash register system) with the same gloved hand(s) repeatedly without once changing his gloves. At checkout, a different employee (without gloves) acted as cashier and handled the money. After witnessing the food prep being poorly handled I declined my salad order and explained to the cashier what the food handling issue was. She politely responded with, "We do change our gloves often." I explained that that alone was not enough to correct their food handling issue. Thanked her for her time and departed the shop.
