The signals at 113th St and 74Av, Park Blvd, and Seminole City Center are not in sync. Many times the signal at 113th & 74th Av goes red , then the signal at 113th & Park Bl goes green , but does not stay green long enough for the traffic that was stopped at 74th to now make the green .... or the signal at 113 & Park is red and the sig at Seminole City Center( Publix too) goes red at the same time as Park goes green! Also 113 & SCC will go green and the sig at 113 & 86th goes red just as the pack of 40 cars from south get to it ... whereas if it stayed green for 113th for 20 seconds more all those vehicles mound be thru the intersection will a very large gap of no vehicles behind them.
The Signal Control program that is supposed to be INTELLIGENT... ISN’T

The left turn signals for north and southbound off Park Blvd onto 113th St only stay green long enough for three cars to go through before it turns red! This is during the morning rush! This morning I watched FOUR more cars run the red because they had been sitting there for so long. I also ran it during the next cycle. I had to. I'd been sitting at that light for seven minutes! PLEASE fix this corner!!!
