Thirteenth Ave is a fairly busy street with a good amount of traffic in mornings and afternoons/evenings. There are so many potholes on 13th between International Blvd and MacArthur that it sometimes feels like the road isn't paced at all. In order to avoid very serious potholes and uneven paving,many cars swerve a lot while driving. This has nearly caused a number of accidents, or for other cars to be forced to stop or risk damaging their own cars while driving on the horrible road.
