Description
For at least two years now, possibly longer, there has been a large ford box van and trailer abandoned on this block across from Laney college. It’s covered in graffiti, blighting the neighborhood while taking up three parking spots next to Laney and Lake Merritt Bart. It’s been reported multiple times but nothing has been done. Is it too large to be easily removed? If it sits a decade or longer will it be towed?
