Description
The back and newest section (known as “The Ridge”) of the Southpointe subdivision has never had lines runs by Spectrum (Charter) to allow residents to have a modern day high speed Internet option. Residents are stuck with a poor performing and outdated DSL technology from AT&T maxing out at 18 Mbps.
I believe Spectrum was supposed to run the lines but never did so upon the development of the new section. Can Hoover please help its residents obtain modern high speed Internet?
