We went to the property and there was nothing in the driveway looks like it was a green bagster and the company came t pick it up. There was no evidence that we could see of any work being done without a permit.
Thank you Joanne

Hello Joanne,
Thank you for checking on this report so promptly, but I'm confused as to why you've closed the issue. The driveway is still full of trash--there's actually new trash there today--two couches, a lawn mower (new today) and a ripped bagster full of unidentifed trash, including a toilet, which spent a long time on the lawn but is now in the green bag, covered with cardboard. There's definitely a renovation going on in this house, and they probably don't have a permit, but that's not what this complaint was about. It was about the trash.
Does the Town permit residents to leave mounds of trash--construction or other--in their driveways for weeks and months at a time? If it's not a building department issue, please transfer to the correct department.
Many thanks for your help.
