Water on sidewalk & Street creating dangerous icy condition.

Water is pouring on the curb

This was first called in on Feb 2. Water department cane & left

The water department came today to fix and there is still a leak on the city side of the bbox. The meter vault has filled again and the water in the basement is worse than it was before.

After Water department opened the sidewalk - all piping on the customer side of the b box is holding tight. Leak continues on public side of B Box valve.
