Tree fell on our house during wind storm. It's been over a month and the landlord still has not fixed it. We are now worries about water damage and mold issues, especially with all the water getting in the house with the snow.

Thank you for submitting this issue. The City has created a code violation case (CV19-0010) for this complaint. This case is currently under investigation.
Please note that the City does not get involved with landlord-tenant disputes as these are considered civil issues; However, we will contact the property owner to provide information on the building permit process for repairs due to natural disasters.
