Pothole in street has been “patched” twice. Previous service requests were #848426 and #856856. Hole is growing and asphalt around it continues to crack. This started after some sewer work and seems connected to a sewer problem. It has not been adequately addressed.

I appears to be a sink hole, not pothole, since the asphalt continues to sink into the depression.
