Description
Two German Shepherds bark constantly whenever anyone walks by 3049 Linden Street. It doesn't matter if the person (or pets) in question are on the same side of the street or across the street. This issue's been reported here and elsewhere for over a month now, with little that seems to have been done by the dog owners to curb this incessant barking behavior.
