A. The people that have dogs in Chicopee Villages Townsouses walk the dog without bag or any equipment to pick after their dogs. Some people open the door for the dog to go out by itself. It is an issue because the side walk, the grass, and the street you have to look to the floor to not damage your shoes and bring it into your home. Please sent animal control and letter to this people.
