Description
Dangerously icy intersection! Cars are sliding through. I have seen two minor fender benders but those drivers didn’t call for police. Both occurred in the westbound lane directly in front of 1900 e 38th street. This is near a major crosswalk to Sibley Park frequently used by day care groups and dog walkers.
