Description
SE 77th Place, where it meets ICW, is still covered by deep snow & ice. Drivers pulling onto ICW from SE 77th Pl are reluctant to stop before rolling onto ICW for fear of getting stuck. So, there are a number of "rolling stops" with limited sight distance onto ICW. I realize SE 77th Pl is not maintained by the City, but it would be really helpful if the plow could remove the first 5-10 feet of snow to create a safer intersection. Thanks.

The intersection snow also includes access to the mailboxes at the edge of Island Crest Way.
I understand why snow piles up across side streets as the plow goes by, but later the plows should return to remove the piles left behind that block access to plowed streets.
