Description

AT&T trench work has left 6 inch depression in street on Broadway terrace and Proctor ave. The trench was filled with sand instead of tar and with all the storms and cars driving ove the area, 4 to 6 inchaes of the sand has been removed and has left sharp edges and a large depression along the trenches.
