Description

At 5:05 PM on 2-14, the traffic signal allowing traffic to turn south on Independence from Columbus Street did not change for 15 minutes. It went through at least 5-6 cycles. The signal did change for east bound traffic on Columbus Street and then the signal would cycle back to Independence. It got so bad that people were making a left hand turn onto Independence on the red light. It was not tripped by EMS or Fire, which has happened in the past. Of course, the timing of this incident was when traffic was exiting Town Center.
