Description
I am unsure if this is within the city of canton, however there is a major pot hole on broad ave. Now this is before the plain township sign but still I am unsure if it is within our limits or not, considering that Plain township went down broad the other day and was filling in pot holes with asphalt but neglected this.

It actually has so many potholes again all the way down Broad it doesn't even look like any patching was done. It actually needs repaved between 13th and Fulton or at least between 13th and Perry township line.
Additionally 13th street needs some work as well.
-Potholes or heaving cement between Mercy Hospital and Broad especially at the intersections
-Water lays in the Westbound lanes/closes to the crisis center
