Description

Groups of people during the week and especially on weekends park their cars and congregate at the old Fecera's Warehouse along side of N. Evans Street. They do drugs, urinate, leave trash and often times create disturbances. It will ONLY get worse as the temperatures get warmer. Residents here are tired of these occurrences and are tired of reporting them to the local police. There needs to be a NO LOITERING sign placed visibly where people can see it until the owner's of the property do something with it.
