I have the same issue but there’s a single catch basin at the far corner. The streets grading has been ruined by large tree roots and there never were enough catch basins installed. Many of the older homes have water intrusion because of the poor drainage. Most corners are flooded and people using wheelchairs are forced into the streets and traffic

I doubt anything has been done here, but I've now moved. I do believe what the other user said about tree toots/branches. One time there was a sewage issue and when they cleared the line the bulled out a piece if root the size of a gallon of milk! I'm sure the new owner will be reporting soon at the first sign of fall rain.
