Dangerous Dead Pine Tree over side walk with children passing underneath, large branches falling on side walk, bark pealing off. The tree could easily kill children going to school down the street & is a danger to pedestrians & drivers on Mill road, & Jedwood as well as power & utility lines if human life is not enough.
