Several weeks ago, at the Amity post office, I encountered a woman who once lived on my block. She has since moved to the Amity section. We were sharing stories of old New Haven vs New NH, and I was really surprised to hear her tell me about the street gangs in Westville and Amity. But I should have known, because I had been seeing long-owned houses up for sale, and when that happens, it is usually because the area has street gangs, drug deals, dirtbikers, etc.

I will look into this complaint.
