Have submitted this issue several times since last summer. The cobblestone part of the sidewalks have missing & removed stones. If parked on 7th along this side, a disabled person is impaired(ADA) going from car to sidewalk. This situation exists the entire 1500 block of 7th St. This was obviously a poor installation job because it is a relatively new walk.
