Description

The business to the Right of the Tubes in this picture is constantly leaving their garbage on the street perpetuating the illegal dumping problem we have in East Oakland. There are some additional pieces of garbage, an old childs toy and more garbage/ debris. WE SHOULD BE FINING THIS BUSINESS FOR THEIR CONSTANT GARBAGE BEING PLACED ON THE PUBLIC STREETS.
