Code Enforcement Officer - KV assigned this issue to Parking Meter Technician

Ignoring issues is So Cities law enforcement. The leaders want you to complain so as not to recieve complaints from the offenders. No complaints, no problems. Sad but true, enforcement is blinded by fear of the citizen complaints. If not true, then either some streets are not patroled or issues are ignored.
Which is it unpatroled or issues ignored?

I absolutely agree. They have very poor ethics in SSF. Law Enforcement is nill in this area of SSF. Which will result in much BIGGER problems. Seems the illegal garbage dumpers know this very well.
