Description

I walk by this rental home regularly. The sidewalk in front of the house is almost never shoveled. Tonight(2/19), I fell on black ice on the sidewalk near the driveway. Fine this rental!

One of the 'downsides' of absent real estate owners is the lack of attention and responsibility to property. Sadly - municipalities can't enforce pride of ownership and it falls upon extreme public violations to affect enforcement.
