there is construction here- so not sure if the contractor is responsible but there are 2 large depressions where it looks like utilities were accessed in the road and patch work is insufficient, undulates a couple of inches down from road @ grade, and big drop before construction between gutter and road a/c which i hit on my bike this morning and almost got thrown into an oncoming car.
