The resonse said to have the trash out Thursday which i did. Then when missed i was told to have it out on Friday. I did that too. At 2:30 i called in fear that they they had not picked it up. I was told to call if they did not arrive by 3:30. Sadly I had a doctor's appointment and did not arrive home until after 5. The trash has still not been picked up! What should I do now?

I guess i wait another week. Ut need to save this to show others when complaining??
