Description

The Manhole cover at the intersection of Manire and Ojeman doesn't fit properly. It is either a quarter way up in the air after a vehicle goes over it or lately the locals have flipped it over so the supports stick up 4 inches into the air. I have reset it myself but it continues to be an issue. This has been ongoing for last 4 weeks. Either way it is unsafe.
