Description

This car repeatedly parks in fromt of my home and neighbors’ homes for long periods of time - at least a week at a time. It seems to get away with parking in front of various homes on my street for and I’ve seen the warning sticker on it many times. And even when there’s a warning sticker on it, no technician from Oakland PD comes back to check after the 72 hours to tow it. therefore the car stays parked and driver comes back way past the 72 hours and drives off never getting towed.
