  Yes there is construction in front of the property. The problem is that on a dark night there are no cars near the lumber. This lumber has been been move for weeks. The contractor is taking several years to build the house and creating a hazard with the construction supplies. The use of the street needs to be permitted. Also, there needs to be safety devices so cars don't crash into the item at night. I almost crashed into the lumber./

  It looks like the construction has stopped for several months. This needs to go to code compliance. There is a mess outside the construction. Construction has stopped for a long time before.
