Description

The sidewalk along Jersey Avenue between 16th Street and 17th Street never gets cleared when it snows. The few times it has snowed this winter it has never been shoveled nor has ice been put down. It's extremely difficult and at times near impossible for someone with a stroller or in a wheelchair to use this sidewalk. It's also a hazard.
