Please fill in the asphalt along the gutter in front of my house. It has been torn up by the plows. Every time snow melts or rains huge puddles form in front of my house due to the deterioting condition of the street. The water does not drain down the street. I have been sweeping it down the street almost everyday before it freezes over. The street is sinking and needs major repairs on a large section of it. With the city snow trucks plowing along the gutters the puddles have gotten worse. Thank you.
