Getting quite a large number of violations adding to this "open" case. Do not see a code enforcement case in the online system Hmmmm??? Would be happy to call and speak with someone if i knew the case number and investigating officer name. Not sure why you will not provide that. Odd.

Your content was blocked by rejections but I was notified of it your entire comment/remarks. I am looking for the code enforcement or land development violation number. The tracking number which you say has been provided numerous times is marked closed in the system and has no further information. It does not show forwarded to code enforcement or land development as a violation. You simply mark issues closed in your system with no violations but say an "open" case exists. Anything else in your system that anyone else reports and is VALID immediately inputs another case number (a CG #) showing open either code enforcement or land development violation. That shows that contact with customer has been made and what date to enforcement is to follow up and notes compliance or forwards to magistrate. THAT case number is what I am looking for and you refuse to provide because there is no CASE number or investigating officer assigned to it. Why are you requiring a phone call to complete my request? Not required of anyone else in the County?
