Third Storm and third complaint. Bagel World continues to pile the snow from their parking lot into piles that block the sidewalk. This is occurs at 2 locations on Forest Ave and 2 locations on Canal street bot adjacent to their driveways.

This forces pedestrians into the street in an already dangerous condition due to the drive through.

Complaints have been made both here and to snow@salem and yet here have been no actions taken in regards to this willful action of blocking the sidewalks. Not to mention they dont shovel the sidewalk as well.

I am sure you will acknowledge this complaint and say that it has been assigned (just like the previous complaint), close it and think you have done something.

Again this complaint has not been addressed by the City and it is the 3rd suck complaint.
