The alley definitely needs some proper maintenance. It was topped with loose dirt that creates a mess every time it gets wet. It completely covered the crushed asphalt that was used in previous instances. It even covered the remnants of possible previous pavement that once existed. If the city won't pave it as a permanent fix, can it at leased be brought up to par with the alley one bloc north (between 33rd Ave N and 34th Ave N)? Thank you.
