Description

The alley between between SW Parkview and Orleans, terminating at SW 8th and 9th streets, is so rutted and muddy that a small car could get stuck in it. I am no longer able to use my garage, facing this alley, under wet conditions. Repair on a sewage tank below the alley resulted in a sunken area, exacerbated by trash trucks. Someone threw dirt on this area, as well as on the south end of the alley, which means even more mud. It needs to be leveled with something harder than plain dirt.
