Description

Man hole has a hole next to iron casting . Severe sinking settling and heaves on most of street and across xcasting and curb sinking . So clearly reflects a greater problem that is old or largely been ignored. Sidewalks are gone or curbs settled. Clearly not an easy fix. I'm sure someone has knowledge of this.
