height of fences in front of house are in violation of 15.435.200 Height Limits for Fences A. Front. Any fence in the front yard of the lot shall be limited to four (4) feet in height. This limit shall also apply to side yard fences within the first twenty (20) feet from the front property line (see following figures FENCE HEIGHTS and FENCE HEIGHTS ON CORNER LOTS).
