Description

There needs to be clearer markings/signage at the end of the Johnson St offramp from Capital Blvd indicating that right and left turns onto Harrington are free-flowing and traffic should not stop. A lot of people stop at the end of Johnson St waiting for other traffic which creates confusion and delay with the traffic that does have stop signs on Harrington St.
