The first pole on the W side of Todd Mill off Weatherly (across street from New Vision United Pentecostal Church) was placed next to a pole marked in 2017 for replacement. When the new pole was put in, no dirt or gravel was placed around it and it is now leaning. The marked pole is still there with the cable lines still attached to it. So much for the agreement with the city and CATV cable attachment owners.
